No fewer than three artists will be performing during the festival’s first AFTER party. So shake your hips and let yourself be moved by personal lyrics. Come together to end the first day of the festival with a party.

Inspired by Loyle Carner, Tyler, the Creator, Kendrick Lamar, Sor and Sef. Dreamy instrumentals intertwine with heavy boombap, complemented by personal lyrics. Listen to tays here to get in the mood.

KATLEGO

A fresh and daring voice within the Dutch alternative hip hop scene. Her music is raw, honest and always evolving — just like life itself, which is her greatest source of inspiration. Everything she sees, hears, thinks and feels finds its way into her lyrics. This allows her to create a versatile sound that combines influences from hip hop, soul and electronic music. Her performances are energetic, compelling and genre-defying.

DJ GUEWEUL

An energetic DJ with roots in Senegal and a heart in Groningen. In his sets, he mixes Afrobeat, amapiano, dancehall and a touch of hip hop. His goal is simple: to spread good vibes and get people dancing. Whether the mood is chill or energetic, he senses the atmosphere and adapts his style accordingly.

FIELD was created to strengthen the bond with young talent and to give both the artists and the festival the opportunity to support people in the longer term and to make their “dreams” come true. We focus in particular on students who we feel (after conversations and performances) connect themselves as creators with the world beyond. In a conscious, critical and idiosyncratic way.

Kom je er toch nog niet helemaal uit? Geen nood: stuur een mailtje naar info@jongeharten.nl en vraag om nadere toelichting. Vermeld de titel van de voorstelling en waar je graag meer duidelijkheid over wilt hebben (is dit iets om met mijn vriend/vriendin naartoe te gaan? het is misschien wel grappig maar toch niet vulgair? dat soort vragen). De programmeurs van het festival geven je dan persoonlijk het verlossende antwoord!
