The Jonge Harten Theatre Festival 2025 is coming up, and we are looking for you!
During the week of 15 to 22 November, you can become part of the Jonge Harten Crew. As a crew member, you will support our permanent team during the festival. From building to bartending, from audience guidance to cleaning up. Discover what else Young Hearts has to offer. Read on and find the registration link below.
Start your day with a communal breakfast, let go of everything during the yoga session, visit one of the performances and then end the day dancing like nobody’s watching in the festival heart.
What do you get from us?
- A behind-the-scenes look at the Jonge Harten organisation.
- A free ticket to a performance of your choice.

What do we ask of you?
- You are enthusiastic about working with our Jonge Harten 2025 team to create a fantastic edition.
- You are enthusiastic about joining the crew activities.
- You are available to work at least 3 times for 3 hours during our festival.
- You are between 15 and 29 years old.
