FIELD MORNING
FIELD is the place where new theatre makers set the pace. It is a festival full of experimentation, encounters and movement. You will see work in all its different phases: from early research and open rehearsals to fully developed performances.
The morning programme is different on Friday and Saturday.
FRIDAY 20 NOVEMBER
Mapping session of your craftsmanship
In this session, you literally visualise where you stand as a creator. You explore your own questions, intuitions and themes and see how they relate to what other creators in the room are experiencing. We will map together: a physical way to organise your research, your vision and your motivations and relate them to others.
What makes this session special is that you not only make your own research visible, but also see connections with the questions, pitfalls and visions of others. This creates a shared map of our creativity: a landscape full of intersecting lines, surprising connections and new possible paths.
Working session with Gregory Caers
As a theatre maker, how do you remain the owner of your artistic vision while collaborating with young people and non-professionals? In this session, Gregory Caers takes you through his working method, in which you retain your creative direction while continuing to give space to everyone’s input.
