What do you see? What don’t you see? Sometimes for a moment you see life ultra sharp. Everything is clear in your mind. But let’s face it; most of the time it’s just vague shit. Indefinable fragments that we puzzle together meaningfully. We make a constant attempt to make sense of it. What is life trying to tell us? What are we missing? Do we need to look with more focus or are we focusing our attention on the wrong things?

In the performance Out Of Focus, we see ten young people sitting around a fire. Staring into the light. Searching for clarity within existence. Blindfolded, they look at each other.
